Hoodia…? Do Hoodia Diet Pills work?

I heard from many people that the hoodia diet pills actually works, but I’ve also heard that if you discontinue taking the pills or over time they just eventually cause you to gain the weight back, if not more. Is that true? Has anyone taken Hoodia? How was your experience with it, if any? Any information you know about it, please feel free to share it w/ me….Thanks!

  1. Just a Helper says:

The idea behind hoodia pills is to suppress your hunger so that you eat less and over time modify your eating habbits, so that once you quit the pill you don’t start cosuming more calories.

One particular study is frequently quoted to confirm the appetite suppressing qualities of hoodia gordonii. In this study, obese volunteers consumed fixed quantities of hoodia gordonii. The conditions were apparently set up to discourage exercise by the test subjects. On average, the obese test subjects ate 1,000 fewer calories daily than a control group which received a placebo.

The secret of hoodia gordonii is an active ingredient called P-57. P-57 seems to fool the brain into thinking an empty stomach is full. Those eating hoodia gordonii would therefore not eat as much and the natural result would be weight loss.

The most effective weight loss combines a healthy diet with an exercise plan. Long-term fasting because the appetite is continually suppressed by hoodia gordonii is not a healthy substitute.

Hoodia DOES work, I’ve used it, and, like any other drug or supplement, if you stop using ity and resort to bad habits, you’ll put the weight back on. You can try some for free for 7 days, some of the vendors that offer it for free are listed here off and on.

I lost 25 pounds on it, but I also ran on it too. Beware of many places selling bad Hoodia.
