This weight loss tip is only applicable if you know someone who is very serious about losing weight and won’t drag you down. Otherwise it is not weight loss help at all.

Taking photographs of yourself week by week can also be a great weight loss help.

This weight loss tip can be a great motivator, as you will see your progress and it will be encouraging. It can also be a good weight loss tip even if you are not making progress because it will force you to work harder, assuming you do not get discouraged and give up easily.
