I have heard good things about the supplement Hoodia Gordini and I was wondering if someone out there has used this supplement before and could tell me the best way to use this item. I have heard that there are other supplements that can also be taken in conjunction with Hoodia that make it more efficient overall. Somebody please help me out with some advice.

I’ll explain the most “efficient way to use Hoodia Gordonii” in just a few moments, but let me explain for others that may be reading this what hoodia gordonii is (and what it isn’t)…
Hoodia gordonii is not a magic weight loss pill – despite the marketing hype that would have you believe otherwise. All hoodia gordonii is, is an all-natural appetite suppressant.
Hoodia gordonii contains a molecule called P57. This molecule tricks the brain into thinking you are full. The idea behind hoodia diet pills is that if you feel full, you’ll eat less and make better eating decisions.
Now, as to how to efficiently use hoodia gordonii…most of the brands recommend that you take 1-2 capsules about an hour before every meal along with 8oz of water. In addition to these general guidelines, you may want to consider taking 1-2 capsules in between meals as well if you tend to overeat when you snack or tend to have “junk food urges” and the like in between meals.

Equally as important to the dosage is the hoodia diet pill itself. Most of the hoodia diet pills on the market today contain very little, if any, hoodia gordonii – even if they claim they do. Only a few brands out there actually contain adequate amounts of REAL hoodia gordonii. Look for a brand that contains at least 400mg of authentic hoodia gordonii per capsule. Some brands have as much as 750mg per capsule.
The more hoodia gordonii there is in each capsule, the more effective they’ll be and the fewer capsules you’ll have to take!
